2. Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality, all activities under your account, and notifying us of unauthorized access.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. We offer a 14-day free trial. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period with no partial refunds.
5. Data Ownership
Organizations retain ownership of all data entered. We do not claim ownership of your data. Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
You may terminate at any time. We may suspend access for violations. Upon termination, you can export data within 30 days.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
